SUPPORTING OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT.

TOWARDS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT HUMAN WELL-BEING

October 10^th to 12^th 2017, Cracow

We would like to invite you to the next debate around the issues of support in the development of people with disabilities. In the subtitles of our conferences, we stress the primary thematic thread that takes into account the selected aspect of implementation of the support which is analyzed in the individual and environmental context. For this year’s anniversary Conference we propose the well-being of people with disabilities and those at risk of disabilities as the key theme. The following issues are suggested to be considered:

recognition of bio-psycho-social wellbeing of persons with disabilities or at risk of disabilities in their lifespan
the right to self-determination of persons with disabilities in theoretical assumptions and in implementation of support practice
strategies for improving the quality of life for people with disabilities or at risk of disabilities.

We hope that the problem areas that are proposed will become an incentive to participate in the Conference, they will enable the exchange of ideas and experiences related to the promotion of the development of people with disabilities and will put a weighty questions, mobilizing to seek better solutions conducive to human wellbeing.
